  • 1/2 kg beef, sliced 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 
  • 2 tbsp ghee 
  • 3 bay leaves 
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • 5 peppercorns 
  • 1 pinch of black pepper 

How to cook Italian beef 

Step 1
